Shipping Methods and Costs

Wish Treasures offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S.  At this time, we do not ship to international addresses, Post Office  Boxes, APO addresses or U.S. territories.   To offer the following shipping options, we use United Postal Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS): as our carrier.

Shipping method cut off times during the last 7-10 days before major holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hanukkah, and Christmas) may differ from our regular cutoff days and times.



Shipping Details


Last-Minute Gifts will be shipped the same day if ordered on a weekday by 9:00 AM ET, Monday Friday. Just select 2 Business Day Service (for arrival in two business days) or Next Business Day Service (for arrival next business day). All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping.


Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers.


Shipping Surcharge: Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge.


Alaska and Hawaii items ship via 2 Business Day Service and may require an additional day for delivery.


If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.



At Wish Treasures, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customers. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with the product(s), please do not hesitate to let us know by Contacting Us and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund.  


Returns and Exchange - IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ

All products being returned must be 100% complete and must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION and PACKAGING. A return will not be processed in the event ANY item(s) included in the original shipment to you is not presented in the original condition.  If a return shipment is received by us improperly packaged, altered or physically damaged will be immediately denied and our return policy will NOT BE HONORED.  If merchandise is defective, please call customer service at 1-301-442-5595 or Contact Us for further return instructions before mailing the merchandise(s).  It is mandatory that you Contact Us to receive a Return Authorization number before mailing your order back to usItems returned to us without a Return Authorization number, will not be refunded.   Once you have received a Return Authorization number from us, fill out the Return Form (2 pages), attach it to your package and mail it to us within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of all products for refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling).  All Items must be returned to the address as indicated on the Return Form. 

We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged while in transit. We suggest that you use a 'traceable carrier' that can provide you with proof of delivery. We shall not be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our storage area will be paid by the customer, and is non-refundable.


A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. For your security, please return your gift with an insured traceable courier (e.g., Federal Express, UPS or USPS) and retain your receipt. Wish Treasures will not be responsible for items damaged or lost while in transit. 

All sales of discounted or discontinued items ARE FINAL and will not be refunded or exchanged.  Discounted or discontinued items are products located in our 'Products on Sale' category.
